    A 90 minute cass of fully supported, gentle yin poses with meditation, topped off with a 30 minute Acupuncture treatment, during Sivasana. Our Acupuncture treatment focuses on opening the heart centre, calming the nervous system, balancing hormones all the way to supporting kydneys and letting go of anxiety. We close our practice with a reading
