Vinyasa with Yin – Online

June 11 @ 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Join us for a yin yang practice.  We’ll move through a yoga flow, focusing on matching breath with movement while building strength. For the second half of our practice, we’ll slow things down with longer holds getting into the fascia and muscles for a deep stretch, topped off with a healing Sivasana with meditation.
