October is already here and our yoga card is pretty full:

Trying to squeeze in our own practice and teaching can be tricky so my trusty mat is always in my truck.

We roll her out on hotel floors (definitely sanitizing after), friends houses, even at the Beach. This is why we love offering online yoga. You can join from anywhere!

You can find us this month:

🪷 Tuesday's at 6:30pm, for Hatha Yoga at Keephills Library

🕉️ Thursday's at 6:00pm, for Gentle Hatha Flow, Online with Kim & Goose!

📿 Sunday, October 18th at 6:00pm for Candlelight Restorative Yoga @vitasananaturopathic

Registration can be made by email kim@padmehum.ca or DM 💫

In good health 🌱
