It's been over 10 years since we surfed Cox Bay 🫍

I am very grateful for my daily practice 🧘‍♀️and for @surfsister to push these old bones through the water!

So much love and light to my cousins @petronech 💖💫

Our hats are $27 each, and available at in-studio classes at Vita Sana Naturopathic Wellness, and by free delivery in the Parkland and Edmonton area.
