These are custom made, Padme Hum Yoga hats 🪷

Our hats are $27 each, and available at in-studio classes at Vita Sana Naturopathic Wellness, and by free delivery in the Parkland and Edmonton area.

Spring is in the air 🌱🌷🌼

Goose frolicking like a puppy in the melting snow, and a flock of Geese overhead ☀️ says it all.

Between time on our mats and outside we are close to zero time on social media. We try and stay connected but our core wishes for the days of flip phones and zero likes. Here we are though in an ever changing, incredibly fast paced world, trying to stay grounded amongst it all.

Spring is a perfect time to anchor into our practice, shed old patterns and trust in the new energy the season brings 💫 💖

We have 3 more Tuesday, 6:30pm Hatha Yoga classes at Keephills Library 📚 this series and hope to see you there 📿🧘‍♀️

Happy Valentine's Day 💘 and 17th Birthday to this little girl 🎉🐈🎁

17 years ago on Valentine's Day we went to the Fort McMurray SPCA and there was one kitten left, recovering from a rough go with Beaver Fever so we scooped her up and took her home 🏡

With lots of love, and Sookie loves the yoga, all these years later she's still thriving 🐾💫💖
