Moving through a flow, building heat, then slowing down into the Yin side, for some longer held poses, drawing stress and tension away from the body.

Free Online Meditation
Opening our class with gentle movement, softening from the crown all the way to the sit bones, then starting to connect with our breath. Moving into a traditional Samatha meditation which assists in calming the mind. This traditional buddhist meditation focuses on how the breath feels and sounds as we draw it in, and what we hear and experience through the exhales. Moving into a period of silence in increments that range from 3 to 15 minutes. Closing the class with a body scan in Shivasana.
