Yoga Philosophy with Kapila Chugh – Online

*Sorry, registration is closed after September 1st.
In Sanskrit, the word Chakra means disk or wheel, and these wheels are the 7 energy centers in the body.
These energy centers spin and connect with nerves, organs and in turn, emotions.
Our class will discuss the physical and emotional signs of our centers spinning in balance, too fast or too slow, while teaching techniques to bring them back in balance, through yoga postures, breath, nutrition, and meditation.
