Restorative Yoga with Spring Meditation

Join us for a night of fully supported, healing restorative yoga postures with a Spring Meditation!

Setting an intention for the new Season at the beginning of practice, followed by writing something down we’d like to let go of, and burning it in a watering can at the end of class, following our guided meditation and Sivasana.

A 90 minute class of fully supported, gentle yin yoga poses infused with Reiki.
Reiki is a gentle, natural healing method that promotes relaxation on physical, mental and emotional levels.
Combining these two complimentary practices will leave you in complete Zen.

Yin with Acupuncture

A 90 minute cass of fully supported, gentle yin poses with meditation, topped off with a 30 minute Acupuncture treatment, during Sivasana.
Our Acupuncture treatment focuses on opening the heart centre, calming the nervous system, balancing hormones all the way to supporting kydneys and letting go of anxiety.
We close our practice with a reading and smudging to clear energies.

Yin with Guided Meditation – In Studio

We take you through a Yin practice, releasing deep routed tension and stress from the muscles and tissue, followed by a full body scan with Guided Meditation, closing with our Shivasana.
