Gentle Hatha Flow – In Studio
I hope this finds you well!
As Summer approaches our schedules start to fill up. That being said, our yoga schedule will be light over the Summer months.
One of our regular, in studio classes that we really miss, is Saturday morning Gentle Hatha Flow!
We are hoping to run a Saturday series in the Fall, but in the meantime, we’ll have a pop up Saturday class when we can.
Please see the attached June schedule for details.
In good health,
Kim

Restorative Yoga with Spring Meditation
Join us for a night of fully supported, healing restorative yoga postures with a Spring Meditation!
Setting an intention for the new Season at the beginning of practice, followed by writing something down we’d like to let go of, and burning it in a watering can at the end of class, following our guided meditation and Sivasana.
