As Summer approaches our schedules start to fill up. That being said, our yoga schedule will be light over the Summer months.
One of our regular, in studio classes that we really miss, is Saturday morning Gentle Hatha Flow!
We are hoping to run a Saturday series in the Fall, but in the meantime, we’ll have a pop up Saturday class when we can.
