Setting an intention for the new Season at the beginning of practice, followed by writing something down we’d like to let go of, and burning it in a watering can at the end of class, following our guided meditation and Sivasana.

Keephills Yoga
Alway bringing authentic Hatha yoga to the room. Starting our class by working through the Yin side of the body, then slowly moving to the Yan side with our vinyasa, floating from one pose to the next. Taking it back down to the mat, honoring the softer side once again. Finally, moving into a beautifully guided meditation and shivasana.
