Consider this a little yoga therapy for the soul! Our Candlelight Restorative class consists of the entire class being done in a candlelit room, with the support of yoga bolsters and props, allowing us to completely relax and rest.
The main focus of our Restorative Practice is to relax in supported poses for up to 5 minutes. Without any strain, we can fully relax, both physically and mentally.
