Always bringing authentic Hatha yoga to the room.  Starting our class by working through the Yin side of the body, then slowly moving to the Yan side with our vinyasa, floating from one pose to the next.  Taking it back down to the mat, honoring the softer side once again.  Finally,  moving into a beautifully guided meditation and shivasana.
