Yin with Sound Therapy

This 75 minute class entails a series of Yin postures, followed by an individual sound therapy treatment in a fully supported Sivasana, using turning forks.
Tuning forks are found to relieve pain in joints and muscles while calming the nervous system.
This healing therapy can balance our energies, while encouraging our chakras to spin at a healthy speed.
You may experience a soothing affect, while the vibration of the fork eleviates sypmtons of tension and stress when held over the body.
We like to focus on the crown, heart and throat chakras, followed by the feet to leave you feeling grounded, calm and balanced.

Alway bringing authentic Hatha yoga to the room.  Starting our class by working through the Yin side of the body, then slowly moving to the Yan side with our vinyasa, floating from one pose to the next.  Taking it back down to the mat, honoring the softer side once again.  Finally,  moving into a beautifully guided meditation and shivasana.
